To activate your software license, we need you to provide certain information to us. Usually, you would use the Brooks License Manager if you have Internet access.
However, if you do not have access, use this form on a computer with access.
Once you enter the required information, this form will provide you the unlock code and support activation date needed to activate the software. Please take this information from this form back to the Brooks License Manager's computer and enter it there. The Manual activation page explains this in more detail.
Running this form will not activate your license. Only completing the activation with the License Manager will activate the license.
