How to contact Sales

  1. Nearly every page on this site has a "telephone block" with our toll-free number in the US and the international phone number.
    Look for this: phone
  2. The page menu at the top right includes our Contact Us link with our phone, fax, emails, and mailing address.
  3. You can use the form we provide to message our Sales team.
  4. We include a map image that shows roughly where we are located in Idaho Falls, ID.

Online ordering

We offer an online order system using a third-party store vendor. In addition, they offer a variety of payment options localized to many regions around the world, so you are not limited to a credit card.

Quotes

We will happily provide you with a quote on request, with a pay link. Please contact Sales using the contact form if you don't happen to have our email address.

Purchase orders

Brooks offers traditional invoicing from your purchase order. We can also process quotes into a purchase order.

Payments and terms

We accept:

  • checks in US dollars drawn on a US bank
  • ACH (don't hesitate to get in touch with our office for details)
  • wire transfers; please note that we may need to charge a fee
  • note that we no longer accept credit cards directly; check the payments and terms link just below

International Ordering

If you purchase by invoice, you may need to wait until your check clears.

In nearly any other circumstance, ordering international is very close to ordering in the US.

Software Upgrade & Maintenance

Our "SUM" program affects your ability to get technical support and to migrate your license. However, you do not need current support to run the software if we've already activated the license.
