Q: Will RPM Remote Print Manager® ("RPM") run in a cluster environment and is it a cluster-aware application?
A: RPM runs fine in a cluster environment, but it is not cluster-aware. RPM expects its license to be on the local machine. It's not currently programmed to fetch its license from an available machine on your network.
For that reason, RPM is really not "cluster-aware". If there was one common environment for clusters or a way to simulate a common cluster environment we would be happy to make a cluster-aware version.
Currently, a separate license is required for each redundant server.
