We are moving our print services over to a new server, how do I transfer my Intelliscribe license to another machine? I tried to use the original email sent but it tells me that it has already been activated.

Deactivated license
Ordinarily, in order to move the license to a new computer, you must contact us providing information about your current license. We can then deactivate the old serial number allowing you to activate the new one generated by the installation of the trial version on the new computer.
In your case, I was able to find the license and it has been deactivated, so you should be able to now activate it on the new computer.
